London has been my home since the late 1970s. I love it’s unique character with it’s diverse local communities and extensive period property.

Professionally, I have been involved in the Prime Central London Period Property market since the late 90s. Initially as principal, buying, renovating, selling and renting out property. More recently, acting as agent and advising fellow owners on how to make the most of their property. I have managed numerous long-term unfurnished rental properties, keeping void periods to a minimum and consistently achieving above average yields. I have completed many sales, always ensuring smooth progress from agreed price to exchange, the highlight being the first to achieve £2,000 per sqft on one of Bayswater’s Communal Garden Squares. I have obtained many planning permissions, always winning if the application went to appeal. I have completed many, often challenging, period property build projects within budget and on time.

The last twenty years have taught me that any property asset service worth its salt must combine service with technology. A ‘bricks & clicks’ service which allows the client to delegate responsibility to a dedicated and trusted local agent with good communication and analytical skills, supported by technological and marketing know-how built up over many years.

Lastly, living in Islington has shown me the value of a community bound together by local residents, schools, businesses, organisations and resources/amenity. As a result 10% of our revenue, and many hours of our time, goes directly toward local supporting causes.
